DIY - Stove Top PotPourri





Have you ever purchased a bag of potpourri and put it in a bowl in your home and wondered what chemicals were being released into the air?

Well, I admit until I did the 14-day challenge to go chemical free I really didn't have any idea at all that it was probably doing me harm.

This #DIYstove top potpourri is so easy to make and it smells amazing. 

Just by adding a few natural ingredients your home will smell perfectly fallish in no time! 

It will smell amazing - remember where it came from yes "The Mix"

Here is what you need.

INGREDIENTS:


1 Apple (sliced)
1 Orange (sliced)
2 Cinnamon Sticks
5 drops of Clove Essential Oil
5 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
5 drops Orange Essential Oil
3-4 cups of water (based on pot size)
DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a pot.

Step 2: Simmer over low for a few hours.

Step 3: Add additional water when needed and enjoy!

Remember as always that you can create your own combination with what you have on hand.  Of course, it will smell different but I am sure still devine.
